SMS program terms

Program name: Scroll/ToAction.

Users initiate the SMS interaction by voluntarily sending a message containing a link or other supported content to the Scroll/ToAction phone number. We may send transactional responses related to submitted content or operation of the service.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for content you submit and for complying with applicable law. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.

Availability

Scroll/ToAction is under development. Features may change, be added, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
